The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

Hotel was great. About a 20-25 min walk from the ferry/bus. You will definitely get your exercise on since it’s on an incline lol. The roof too was awesome and the staff was great and helpful. They even gave us breakfast which wasn’t included in our package. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Hotel Cristina in Sorrento from September 11–16 and had a wonderful experience. It was a great place to spend five nights while exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.
One of the best things about the hotel is the location and the incredible views. Being up above Sorrento gives you beautiful views over the Bay of Naples and the surrounding area. Sitting outside and enjoying the scenery was one of our favorite parts of the stay.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere that was perfect after long days exploring Sorrento, Positano, and the Amalfi Coast.
We also appreciated the shuttle service into Sorrento, which made getting back and forth much easier.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cristina. Beautiful views, great service, comfortable accommodations, and a peaceful setting. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again on another trip to Sorrento!
